Hawaiian Pasta Salad

Serves: 4 (as Salad) or 2 (as Light Dinner)
Muskmelon | ¼ Cup |
Pineapple Cubes | ¼ Cup |
Red Bellpepper | ¼ Cup |
Yellow Bellpepper | ¼ Cup |
Pastallio Pasta | 100gms (Shell / Penne) |
For Dressing | |
Mayonnaise | ¼ Cup |
Pesto Sauce | 1 tbsp |
Garlic Paste (Garlic, Grated) | 1 tbsp (1 Cloves) |
Fresh Parsley | 1 tbsp |
Salt and Black Pepper | As per taste |
Method
- Dice cut all the vegetables and keep in fridge to cool.
- Cook the Pastallio Pasta as per instruction. Add the pasta to the vegetables bowl in the fridge.
- Mix together all the ingredients of the dressing in a small air-tight container and shake well. Refrigerate.
- Before serving add the dressing to the vegetables and Pastallio Pasta and mix well.
- Serve cold.
